Kiver is an independent discovery and community directory operated by KiverApp. Listing a bot does not mean Kiver operates, endorses or guarantees it.
Listings
Submit only public Telegram tools you are entitled to promote. Spam, impersonation, malware, illegal services, deceptive listings and abusive content may be rejected or removed.
Paid promotion
Kiver may offer paid promotional services such as Boost and Featured. Boost is a visibility service and does not guarantee views, clicks, users, votes or conversions. Featured may include a Kiver verified badge and promotional placement according to the plan purchased.
Monthly Featured subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time promotional plans do not renew.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices, billing frequency and applicable taxes are shown before payment is completed. Paddle processes payment, tax and invoicing matters for transactions made through its checkout.

For product and Kiver account support, contact support@getkiver.com. Paddle handles payment, refund and order-related support through Paddle.net.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Subscription cancellation is available through Paddle's customer portal or the cancellation link provided by Paddle.
